This qualification is suitable for learners aged 16 or above who are interested in working in the early years sector. No previous experience of working in an early years setting is required. However, learners may find it helpful if they?ve already achieved a Level 1 qualification
You will complete Unit 1. Understanding neuroscience in early years and Unit 2. Understanding self-regulation and how to nurture this in children from birth to seven years.
This qualification has 2 mandatory units, which will be internally assessed and externally quality assured portfolio of evidence over the 12 weeks.
Learners could progress on to the level 2 diploma for the early years practitioner or level 3 certificate in preparing to work in early years education and care.
